All sales are on a firm sale basis and therefore we do not accept cancelations after the order has been processed and received.
We work on an order to order basis with the publishers and therefore all orders received are on a firm sale basis and cannot be returned.The only exception to this is If the product is faulty in terms or printing / binding or misprints due to a publishing error.
NOTE: We do not accept returns or cancelations for wrongly ordered books.

Should you be entitled to a refund for any reason, such refund shall be paid into your bank account, being your bank account as reflected on Spine and Pages’ records, or such personal account that you have provided us with prove of.
Spine and Page will not, in this instance, pay any refunds into a third party bank account. As refunds need to be processed by the banks, please note that the processing of refunds can take up to 7 working days from the date of approval.
