• All ebooks are sold on a firm sale basis. We do not accept cancelations for Ebooks.
• Ebooks are NOT instantaneous. Ebooks are sent within 48-72H (on business days). Hodder ebooks have a 3-5 bsuiness day ETA.
• Once your order is processed we cannot make any chages as the voucher is made for the specific books on order.
• You may not share this ebook code with anyone other than the intended student. All email addresses are logged with the voucher code for copyright monitoring.
• Please double check that it is the e-book (and not the hard copy)as exchanges/refunds follow a no returns policy.
• The customer must please ensure that the correct person/recipient downloads the e-book as e-books are not transferable between Snapplify/Vitalsource/Cambridge.go accounts.
• Delays are possible on ebooks. This can happen specifically during the school rush period or if there are backlogs with the publishers as they create the codes directly.
• e-books cannot be printed from but can only viewed/accessed via the readers/apps.
• November/December is rush season for the publishers - please note that delays can happen.
• Last order date for December 2024 is 10.12.2024.

How Ebooks work:
1. You purchase the Ebook through us.
2. A voucher code is then created for your books and sent to you
3. You apply the voucher code in the applicable application to enable access to your book.

Note: Please take note of the platform being used to access each book, which may vary book from book. You can see this in the descrition (this will also be put in email for you with instructions).

Commom Questions:
Q: Is the books editable?
A: Some platforms do allow users to make notes, highlight etc. But the content cant be edited.

Q: Are the Books Downloadable and printable?
A: The books are not "downloadable" but they can be accessed offline once you have added them to your library on the desiganated app/platform. No ebooks are printable as this is against copyright.

Q: Can i access my Ebook offline?
A: Yes, once it has been applied to your library you can access it offline.

Q: How long can i access the book for?
A: It depends on the title. Most educational books Have a 1 year licence or a 2 year licence. This is usually in the title of the book. Readers generally have a lifetime access.

Q: How many devices can i access the book from?
A: Each publisher has a different option for this. Some allow multiple (2-3) and others 1 device. This is specifically for educational titles.

Q: If i have multiple children i am buying ebooks for, do i use one username and password for the platform or do i have to create one for each student?
A: You will need to create one for each student so that they can access the books on their library seperatly.

Q: Can the Ebook platform be used via Android, Mac, Apple, IOS etc?
A: Yes, the platforms can be used and downloaded on any device.
